Simple Purple Manicure with Flowers

Just last week, I got my UV gel curing lamp and I wanted to try using it for the first time, so this is what I experimented with; just a quick and simple manicure. The only thing I needed to put under my lamp to was my top coat, everything else was normal nail polish.
Anyway...Here are some tips for creating your own version of this:

  • Remember to use a base coat! I find that darker colours such as purple and blue stain my nails the most! ):
  • when painting the flowers, use a small brush (anything smaller than a 0 brush should be okay)
  • flower painting tip: when painting the petals, do one sweep from the centre
  • when selecting pearls to add one, make sure the sizing looks right, as you can see from the picture, the pearls on my pinky are way to big in comparison to my other fingers even though they are the same size pearls...I probably should've selected a smaller size
